I love the subtle manipulation of the picture – making the darks darker and the lights lighter – makes it jump right off the screen! Great job by Flickr user IronGambit on this picture. The shoes in the picture are our Women’s Santa Cruz Just another great shoe in our growing collection!

After several attempts to log-in both under my mother’s account and newly created account I was unable to generate a RMA #. She has tried calling on numerous occasions and the wait time has been at least an hour or so each time and to no avail. She has emailed crocs three times and no one replied.
I have several pairs of crocs that I have purchased and do wear. However, at this point I am beyond frustrated with your company’s customer service. I am beginning to believe that you are not interested in returning or exchanging merchandise. Are you only interested in taking money from people and not providing them with a quality product in exchange?
