The New Crocs.com

Posted by: GeorgeGSmithjr on: July 14, 2009

Good Morning! Have you seen the new Crocs.com? If you haven’t – go check it out and explore all the new features. I recommend checking out the Wish List feature – probably my new favorite feature of the site! You can search for size, color, style, price – pretty much any way you want to discover your next pair of Crocs!  All that new functionality and the site also looks amazing! Thanks goes out to the entire team that put long hours and a lot of hard work to make this transition as smooth as possible!

Of course, you’ll have to mind the “dust” here on the blog as we tweak a few things on the back end. We’ll have a few more updates today so stay tuned!

I am looking for the YOU by Crocs on the new website with no luck. Help please.

They are just in transit to the new warehouse. Whatever we have in stock will appear in inventory in the next few days.

I like all of the different views of each Croc. The top, the side, the front and the back, awesome!!! It’s very user friendly. Thanks Crocs!!!

Thank you Breezy – for always commenting and for the compliment! We do everything for our fans, so it makes my day to have reactions like yours!

The “look up your old order status” feature no longer works, nor does the email customer service page (keeps telling you to add something to the comment field when it’s already there). I’ve now been waiting for twenty minutes on the phone and am about to give up. Do you have any other way of contacting the company to check on an order? Or I guess if my shoes show up I’ll just be pleasantly surprised?

I emailed you Heather – let me know if I can help.

Order # 00005074CUS

Jennifer – we should be contacting you soon with your answers.

That’s good.

I added this blog to my Favorites on Technorati, user ID Twincere. Crocs rock, and I couldn’t live without them!
