Well – since we have tomorrow off due to the Independence Day Holiday, I thought we should do our Photo Friday post today.  After all, it is my favorite post of the week because I get to share what YOU are doing out there.  Today’s photo comes from our Flickr Group and the blog Barking Dog Shoes.

i ordered six pair of crocs from crocs.com on june 21 and i still have not received them on july 2 i have called four times and waited on hold for about 45 min everytime and told we are very busy and we will get them to you as soon as we can i love the shoes but i will never again buy from this web site i will buy them from stores that have them in stock the shoes are not worth the frustration of waiting so long for them to put some shoes in a box and mail them to me not to mention the ignorance of making someone wait that long on the phone.love your shoes HATE your company.

Because of the amount of orders we get, we have timetables for the turnaround of orders. For ground delivery, we take 10 business days to process the orders. Your company does leave a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. I just need a replacement strap for my daughters crocs and I can’t get through to ANY of you people. You don’t contact me through email and no one answers the phone – they just redirect to the website. Very disappointing and my dd is so sad because she just loves her crocs.

Lynn – I received your email and I’ll see what I can do to convert you back into being a Crocs fan again! I have faith we’ll be able to solve everything!

I also find the customer service HORRID. I am trying to find a place to buy Crocs in Vancouver, BC. Not the clogs but the cool fashionable ones I found at a Croc store in Edmonton. The edmonton store had NO stock in sizes which was interesting. So I thought I will try the site. They have locations but not site urls or phone numbers and I know the sites listed just sell the clogs. So I email, not once, but twice and get no response. I call, not once but 3 times and am on hold over 20 minutes.

How can a store have this type of Customer Service? Why such a bad site and why such a bad experience calling?

And all I am trying to do is find a place to BUY THEM!!!!

Don’t know if it’s in your job description or not George – but I think it’s great the way you’re trying to help everyone out here. I thought you were just the Crocs Blog guy, didn’t know you were the order problem-solver guy too.

I’m happy to say that I’ve NEVER had a problem with one of my Crocs orders and I hope it stays that way – because I <3 my Crocs!

If it’s not in your job description to be ther problem solver guy then you deserve a raise. Thanks for the new crocs. We got them the very next day after you emailed me. I really appreciate your help! We’ll definitely still buy our crocs every summer like we always do.

I don’t know what the problems are at Crocs, but I’ve tried contacting their customer service several times over the past month to get a replacement strap for my daughter’s shoes. She loves the shoes, but one strap broke off and I won’t let her wear them any more because they are unstable on her feet. I tried emailing Crocs first on June 21st. Did not hear a response. Called them on June 24th and the representative told me that the only way to get a replacement strap is through the internet. I resubmitted my order a few days later, but again no response from Crocs. I called Crocs again and they told me that they are relocating where they have the crocs stocked and it will take about another week. Well, this was false. I then tried calling them multiple times only to get an busy signal. I’m thinking their phone is just off the hook. Also, I tried resubmitting my order and the website isn’t working. It claims that I didn’t type anything in the “comments” section when in fact I did. What a mess this company must be in. I’m disappointed in the service and in the product support. I’m debating on whether there is still hope or if this is a lost cause and I just need to toss the shoes. Has anyone recently had similar experiences?

George- can you help me. I have also requested a new croc straps for my sons crocs several times through your web site, and no luck. So then I called customer service 5 weeks ago to request the new straps and was told that all straps are on backorder. Help me!

First of I will like to mention that your customer service is atrocious; there is no way of checking the status of my order on line or dialing
customer service. I would like to know if you can check the status of my order, and how soon we can expect the shoes.
I really enjoy the Athens model shoes, I’ve owned several pairs of these, and so have my daughters; hoping to receive my order soon.

It’s nice to see that there really is someone from Crocs who responds to customers. Maybe you can help me, too. =)
We need new straps for my daughter’s Mary Janes. I submitted my requests on 6/25 and 8/6 for new straps but haven’t heard anything yet. She loves her Crocs, but hates that they fall off her feet. Because the backstraps have been basically useless, the top straps have been taking all the pressure, and now they are totally stretched out. Can those be replaced too?

George- Any luck on my childrens croc replacement straps? I e-mailed you back on Aug 12th about them.

George- Help, Its ben over 3 months since I first called customer service about my replacement straps.

I have been looking for a crocs Velocity for my hubby’s b-day but it seems like i cant find them anywhere in his size. We live in Edmonton, and I drove over all the stores that sells crocs and they dont have them, Could someone tell me where i can find this shoes, Beside the website, cause i tryied calling and i got tired of waiting. Plus to be honest i dont have the time. I am also looking for crocs Mens Golf ac3 in size 9 or 10 pls let me know before oct 13 cause i need that shoes for my hubby’s b-day
